There are horror collectibles that scream menace, others that ooze cool. Then… there’s Suffering Bob .  He doesn’t scream. He groans. Loudly. In pain. Endlessly. [      ] Originally, I picked up Suffering Bob thinking he’d make a killer demon to add to my horror shelf. But now that I’ve spent time with him? I’m convinced he doesn’t belong among demons or hellspawn at all. Nah, this poor bastard—er, bastards—looks more like he stumbled out of Bioshock or Silent Hill after an unpaid internship at Rapture’s Mad Science Academy.        Some eBay purchases are duds. Some are decent. And then… some explode out of the box like a biomechanical beast from the past and slap your collector’s soul right across the face. I had no idea what Desiccator looked like—hell, I didn’t even know what he was . But that’s part of the thrill when you’re a blind collector: sometimes you just feel your way into greatness.
