Fury Toys “Imani/Imana” Blank Female Body (FB01) – Review & Field Test

Alright… I didn’t expect this one to hit me like it did.

I’ve never really been a “blank body” guy. If I’m dropping cash on a figure, I want a character—a personality, a face, something that already tells a story. Not a mannequin waiting for one. But lately, with all the traveling, art shows, and hauling my gear around, I needed something different… something practical.

Turns out, Fury Toys knew exactly what I didn’t know I needed.

Image: Metal relief artwork on a rectangular sheet with raised tactile images and braille.
In the center-right, a nude female figure is shown leaping or dancing, body stretched horizontally with one leg extended behind and one leg down, arms raised up, long hair flowing, and visible breasts.
To the left of the woman, a dog stands on the same raised platform or surface, facing left with pointed ears, a short snout, and a tail, as if beside her.
On the far right, near the bottom, there is a small chest or nightstand with three drawers; the bottom drawer front has a small raised symbol that resembles a stylized animal, possibly a cat.
Along the very bottom edge runs a textured, wavy band, suggesting ground or a decorative border.
On the upper left, there is a framed picture or window: inside the frame are several long horizontal lines with a vertical line ending in a hook shape, like a key or a wind chime form.
At the top left of the sheet there are three short lines of braille dots; there is also a small separate cluster of braille dots near the bottom right corner, just below the chest of drawers.
The metal surface is smooth and reflective between the raised elements, and the sheet is bordered by a dark frame.

First Impressions – Thick. And I mean THICK.

Let’s get this out of the way: this body is stacked.
Not “slightly curvy.” Not “stylized athletic.” I’m talking full-on Amazonian, borderline gladiator queen energy.

Image: This is a collectible female figure posed in a relaxed, slightly leaning stance, one leg bent and lifted as if stepping up onto a rocky base. Her skin tone is a medium tan, with well-defined musculature on the arms, abs, and thighs. Articulation cuts are visible at the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles, giving her a wide range of posing options.

She has bright orange hair styled in a layered bob with long bangs sweeping across her forehead. Matching orange glasses frame her face, though the facial features are kept simple and neutral, without a pronounced expression.

Her outfit is an orange two-piece swimsuit with sculpted texture suggesting fabric folds and ribbing. The bikini top has cutout-style panel lines and a halter-like design, and the bottoms are high-cut with similar textured detailing. An orange scarf or neck wrap adds a stylish accessory that ties the color scheme together.

She’s displayed against a decorative, fantasy-style backdrop with rich purples and golds, while her right foot is braced on a sculpted rock formation, enhancing the display presence and giving her a confident, beach-adventurer vibe.

At roughly 17 cm (around 7–7.5 inches), she’s marketed as 1/12 scale—but honestly? She leans closer to 1/10 in presence. She absolutely dwarfs your typical Marvel Legends female, and even gives some Storm Collectibles figures a run for their money. Heck, her thigh is bigger around than many Marvel Legends figures' waist LOL, and I'm talking about male figures.

That shape, though… it’s a double-edged sword.

Image: This side view highlights the figure’s athletic build and articulation. Her body is stretched in a straight line as she leans horizontally off the rocky base, one foot braced flat against the stone while the other leg extends back with a slight bend at the knee. The joints at the hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, and elbows are clearly visible, emphasizing poseability.

The orange bikini shows more of its sculpt here: the top has thick textured straps running over the shoulders and around the back, and the bottoms have a ribbed waistband that sits high on the hips. Her bright orange bobbed hair flares backward, suggesting movement, and the orange neck scarf lies against her upper back.

The rock piece she’s leaning from has a rough, weathered texture with an arched opening, giving the display a bit of an ancient-ruins feel while showing off how far the figure can be posed in a dramatic, almost diving position.

  • Incredible if you love thick, powerful, curvy women (guilty 🙋‍♂️)

  • Tricky if you’re a customizer trying to make “average” characters

Unless you’re building warriors, barbarians, or full-on goddess types, she might not fit your lineup. But if you are into that aesthetic? Oh yeah… she’s a beast- er, I mean feast.

And for me? Sitting on my desk, she’s pure tactile hand-candy. No paint needed. No fuss. Just form.

Image: The figure is standing upright on the rocky base, facing forward with a confident stance. Both feet are planted on the stone surface, legs straight and slightly apart, showing off the muscular sculpt of her thighs and calves with visible knee and ankle joints.

Her torso is straight, and both arms are lifted in front of her head, elbows bent so her forearms curve around her face. Her hands meet at the front, palms angled toward her, as if she’s adjusting something on her head or playfully hiding her face. The shoulder, elbow, and wrist articulation lets the arms form this rounded frame.

She wears the same bright orange bikini as before: snug bottoms with a textured waistband and a matching top that wraps around her chest and over the shoulders. From this angle, her vivid orange bobbed hair falls forward, partially covering where her face would be, adding a slightly shy or playful feel to the pose while still highlighting her well-defined, athletic build.

Build & Articulation – Surprisingly Beastly

Specs-wise, Fury Toys really didn’t cheap out:

  • ABS & PVC construction

Image: Under a stark, dramatic light, the figure’s body is sprawled on a flat surface as if after some violent impact. When oriented upright, her head with bright red hair lies on the left side, completely separated from the torso. The neck peg is visible where it’s popped out of the body.

Her bare upper body is twisted slightly, arms bent at the elbows with forearms angled toward her sides, giving a sense of tension even in stillness. Below the waist, the lower body is also detached: the pelvis and legs are separated from the torso at the midsection, with the joint socket exposed. One leg is stretched straight, the other angled outward, emphasizing the articulation breaks.

The strong side lighting throws deep shadows across her back and limbs, heightening the feeling of a broken, fallen android or mannequin rather than a living person, turning the disassembled collectible into a moody, near-cinematic tableau.

  • Multiple hands and feet included

  • Image: On a softly lit surface, the scene is reduced to scattered feet and shoes, like the aftermath of a costume change frozen in time. Oriented upright, three bare feet and a single bare lower leg are arranged across the center. Each foot has a hollow ankle socket where it would peg into the figure’s leg, toes sculpted with simple detail.

To the right, two bright red high-heeled shoes sit nearby, each with an open top and hollow interior designed to accept the figure’s feet. Their glossy red color and sharp, tall heels contrast with the neutral skin tones of the feet, giving the layout a slightly surreal, almost crime-scene feel, as if the character has been disassembled and her stylish footwear left waiting to be chosen.

  • Removable accessories (bra, shorts, glasses, hair)

  • Image: Laid out on a cool blue surface, the figure’s orange clothing pieces feel like discarded costume elements waiting to be claimed. Oriented upright, two main pieces are centered: on the left, a triangular orange band that forms a hollow loop, likely the bikini top or a chest strap, its sides curving gently with a lighter strip running across the middle like a clasp or trim.

To the right, a rounder, more complex orange ring suggests the bottoms or a belt. It’s wider and more sculpted, with cut-in sections along the edges that catch the light and throw a patterned shadow beside it, almost like latticework projected onto the background.

Near the top edge, a smaller orange loop, probably a wrist or neck accessory, completes the set. Under the dramatic lighting, these simple plastic parts take on the feel of props laid out between scenes, hinting at the absent character who will soon slip back into them.

  • Butterfly joints, drop-down shoulders, flexible torso

  • Hips and thighs that allow deep poses—even cross-legged

Image: Standing upright, the figure is posed as if just stepping out of her outfit, bathed in cool blue light. She’s on the rocky base again, feet together and braced inside the circular opening, legs straight and close, with the knee joints clearly visible.

Her body is undressed, showing the smooth, tan sculpt of her torso, chest, and abdomen. Both arms are raised in front of her, elbows bent and wrists crossed at about chest level, creating a guarded, slightly shy posture, like she’s covering herself.

Her bright red bobbed hair frames her face, and the neutral expression combined with the folded arms gives her a quiet, introspective mood. Behind her, the rich purple-and-gold fantasy backdrop with piled fruit and ornate furniture adds a regal, almost stage-like setting, contrasting with her simple, bare form on the rough stone pedestal.

This thing moves.

The articulation is honestly better than a lot of big-name lines. Joints are tight, smooth, and sturdy—maybe even a little too sturdy when you’re swapping parts.

And here’s where it clicked for me…

Image: Upright, the figure is stretched out from the stone base in a dramatic, almost diving pose. Her feet are braced inside the circular opening of the rock, legs extended straight behind her so her body forms a long diagonal line.

She’s nude, showing the smooth, tan sculpt of her back, hips, and thighs, with the joint lines at the knees and hips emphasizing the extreme arch. Her torso leans forward, and both arms are raised; one hand sweeps up over her head while the other is bent near her face, fingers slightly spread, as if shielding her eyes or reaching toward something ahead.

Her bright red hair flows back along the curve of her neck and upper back, enhancing the sense of motion. Against the ornate purple-and-gold backdrop of cushions and overflowing fruit, she looks like a stylized performer diving from a pedestal into the luxuriously decorated scene behind her.

Why This Figure Earned a Spot in My Kit

I needed a travel model.

Something:

  • Neutral enough to work for different character designs

  • Durable enough to survive being tossed in a bag

  • Cheap enough that losing it wouldn’t ruin my day

  • Poseable enough to actually be useful

At around $23–$25?
This thing checks every box.

Now she lives in my art toolkit. Hotel rooms, studios, wherever—I’ve got a pose reference ready to go. And yeah… she doubles as a fidget toy when I’m thinking through compositions.

The only “problem”?
My female characters might get even curvier.

…not exactly a tragedy.

Image: Upright, the figure is posed like a pin-up style stretch against the rocky base. Her feet are planted inside the circular opening, legs straight and slightly apart, showing the rounded sculpt of her thighs and calves with visible knee joints.

She’s nude, emphasizing the smooth contours of her back, waist, and hips. Her torso is arched forward slightly from the pelvis, creating a subtle S-curve through her body.

One arm is bent with her hand braced at the back of her head, fingers spread through her bright red bobbed hair, giving a relaxed, almost posing-for-a-photo feel. The other arm is bent with a hand resting at her lower back or hip, adding to the sense of attitude and confidence as she leans from the stone pedestal against the ornate purple-and-gold fantasy backdrop.

Design Quirks – Where Things Get Weird (and Kinda Funny)

Okay, real talk—this sculpt is a bit of a Frankenstein.

  • Torso: Shredded. Like, eight-pack, crack-coconuts-with-your-armpits shredded.

  • Arms & legs: Softer. Less defined. Almost delicate by comparison.

  • Lower body: Thick thighs, huge ass, full curves

  • Lower legs: Suddenly… slimmer, almost Barbie-esque

Image: the figure is arched into a bold, deliberately provocative backbend against the stone base. Her hands are braced low on the rock behind her, arms straight and pulling her chest forward so her torso curves in a strong, dramatic bow. Her feet are set higher on the stone, knees bent and parted, which tilts her hips up and emphasizes the tight sculpt of her thighs and backside.

She’s back in her bright orange bikini, and the snug top and high-cut bottoms cling to her body, tracing every line of the pose. The lighting catches a sheen along her stomach and hips, making the curves feel even more pronounced.

Her vivid red hair spills back, and the orange glasses frame a face angled toward the viewer, giving the impression she’s knowingly showing off, almost performing this extreme stretch for an audience. With the rich purple-and-gold backdrop of cushions and fruit behind her, the whole scene reads like a playful, slightly erotic pin-up moment staged in an extravagant fantasy boudoir.
[

]

So what you end up with is this wild mix of:

  • Power Girl torso

  • BBW pornstar lower body

  • Barbiedoll arms and lower legs

It’s like a gladiator build… but someone forgot leg day and arm day. Or a Curvy Barbie on steroid...

Honestly? She sometimes looks like a sexy T-Rex and I can’t unsee it. 😂

Image: it feels like a cheeky backstage moment between two performers showing off for an unseen audience. In the foreground, a pale-skinned figure with long, swept-back orange hair stands in a wide, confident stance. She’s topless, wearing only a tiny black bikini bottom that hugs her hips and frames the curve of her butt. Her legs are straight and spread, and her hands rest on her lower back, pushing her chest forward and tilting her pelvis so her whole posture reads as deliberately sexy and self-assured.

Behind her to the left, the red-haired figure in the orange bikini is partly visible, turned three-quarters away. Her pose echoes the same attitude: hips cocked, one leg bent, and her bright swimsuit clinging tightly to her curves. The flash of red high heel on one foot adds an extra playful touch.

The lavish purple-and-gold lounge backdrop, overflowing with cushions and fruit, turns the scene into a kind of fantasy boudoir set, with both figures posed like they’re teasingly presenting themselves, aware of being watched and clearly enjoying it.

[

]

I would’ve preferred they commit:

  • Either go full muscle warrior

  • Or go full soft, curvy sculpt

Right now, she lives in this strange middle ground.

Image: this plays like an unapologetically erotic spotlight shot. Center stage, a nude, tan-skinned figure with long blond hair is bent forward over the stone pedestal, legs spread wide in a deep stance. Her high-heeled black sandals lengthen her legs, and the pose pulls her hips up and back, fully presenting her rear to the viewer in a deliberately provocative way.

Across the center of her butt is a striking blue butterfly design, like a bold tattoo or body paint, drawing attention directly to that focal point. Her arms are straight, hands resting on the stone in front of her as if she’s bracing herself, which only accentuates the arch of her back and the curve of her hips.

Behind and slightly above her, the red-haired figure in the orange bikini stands turned away, hips cocked and legs apart, as if admiring the show or waiting for her turn in front of the “camera.” The lush purple-and-gold lounge backdrop packed with cushions and fruit frames the whole scene as an over-the-top fantasy boudoir, with both figures posed to tease and invite the viewer’s gaze.

Sculpt & Engineering Trade-offs

There are some interesting design decisions here:

The Butt Situation

  • Her cheeks are sculpted as part of the thighs

  • Means great leg range

  • But creates a wider-looking gap ...CRACK? in certain poses

  • And yeah… things can look a little funky at extreme angles

Image: this shot is all about a bold, teasing pose. The red‑haired figure in her orange bikini is bent sharply at the waist over the stone pedestal, legs straight and spread, feet braced wide apart on the rock. The extreme bend pushes her hips high and squarely toward the viewer, making her rounded backside in the snug orange bottoms the clear focal point.

Her torso and head are lowered toward the opening in the stone, arms reaching down so she looks almost folded in half, as if she’s intentionally presenting herself while pretending to search for something. The tight fit of the bikini and the glossy highlights along her thighs and butt accentuate every curve.
[

Waist Joint

  • Super functional

  • But in some poses? Hello surprise love handles

Which… wouldn’t be weird—
except she’s also rocking a shredded core at the same time.

It’s a weird visual contradiction, but functionally? It works.

Image: the figure is tangled into a wild, suggestive sprawl at the base of the stone pedestal, as if she’s collapsed mid‑performance and doesn’t mind being stared at. Her back is on the rock, hips tipped up, one leg flung high and bent while the other points outward, leaving her orange bikini bottoms stretched across her crotch as a central, teasing focal point.

Her torso twists slightly, bikini top tight over her chest, with one hand resting near her thigh and the other lost in the pose, adding to the sense of careless, sensual disarray. Her bright red hair fans around her head, and her face is turned toward the viewer with a relaxed, almost inviting expression.

The dramatic, low blue light carves shadows over her thighs and stomach, emphasizing the curves and articulated joints, turning the pose into something half pin‑up, half aftermath of an intense, playful tumble on this extravagant fantasy set.

Final Thoughts – Who Is This For?

If you’re:

  • A customizer needing a neutral base → maybe, but be warned about the proportions

  • A collector chasing screen-accurate scaling → probably not

  • An artist needing a portable posing referencehell yes

  • Someone who appreciates thick, powerful female forms → you’re gonna love her

Image: she looks like a sultry strongwoman mid‑performance. The red‑haired figure in her tight orange bikini stands in a wide, balanced stance, back muscles and glutes clearly defined. The snug bottoms cup her backside, and the top clings to her torso as she leans slightly forward, arms extended.

With both hands she grips a tall, golden bar tipped with a stack of chunky, cream‑colored weights, as if she’s just swung or pressed it up. The pose makes her look powerful and proudly on display, as though she’s flexing both her strength and her curves for an appreciative crowd against the lush purple‑and‑gold fantasy backdrop.

[

]

For me, she’s not replacing character figures on the shelf.

She’s something else entirely.

She’s a tool, a reference, and yeah… a little bit of desk candy that makes the creative process more fun.

And honestly?
For $25, that’s a damn good deal.

Ms. Imani, welcome to the travel kit. You’ve earned your spot.

Image: she’s wrapped around a black pole in a pose straight out of a pole‑dance routine. Her orange‑bikini body clings to the upright, one leg hooked high and bent, the other stretched long and straight down the pole so her hips are pushed back and her butt becomes the star of the shot, tightly framed by the snug bottoms.

Her torso leans in toward the pole, back slightly arched, with one arm hugging it and the other hanging back, giving the impression of relaxed control, like she’s holding the pose just long enough for you to admire it. Her bright red hair spills down, adding a sense of motion and drama.

Against the decadent purple‑and‑gold backdrop, she looks like a confident performer mid‑routine, using the pole to show off both strength and sensuality in one teasing, athletic move.
